Get to Know Dr. Maxwell Aniconi

After completing one special project when he was in the 7th grade, Dr. Aniconi knew he wanted to go into healthcare. His goal was to have a job that would allow him to help people, work with his hands, and encounter new experiences every day. He eventually discovered that dentistry checked all of these boxes and would enable him to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Years later, he graduated from Merrimack College and went on to earn his dental degree from Midwestern University. Dedicated to continuing education, he has certifications to provide laser therapy and clear aligner orthodontics. He is also trained to use a digital scanner for putty-less impressions and place tooth-colored crowns and fillings. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, Rhode Island Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Originally from Smithfield, Dr. Aniconi likes to spend his free time playing hockey, skiing/snowboarding, riding his dirt bike, and playing guitar in his band.
